The building is going to be one flight, with an usable attic, without
basement.

The whole surface which the tour – house is going to be build on is 1245m2
The surface of the ground – floor is going to be about 748,8 m2 ,
including :
- board – room for 150 people(all kinds of parties) surface about 227m2
- a small board – room for 55 people (cafe , bar) surface about 109m2
- the kitchen part – surface about 131 m2
- cloakroom, reception, toilets, bathrooms, surface about 176m2
